Is the app really free for students?
Yes! Clients get 100% of the features at no cost — workouts, chat, scheduling, progress tracking, and health integrations. Only trainers need a subscription to manage their clients.
How does client payment work?
You connect your own Asaas account, set your prices, and charge via Pix, credit card, or boleto. Confirmed payments appear in the Trainer Connect financial dashboard.
Can I get started for free?
Yes! The Free plan lets you manage 1 student, includes 20 AI credits per month, and requires no card. Payments from students carry a 1% platform fee, plus processor fees.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely! No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel right from the app whenever you want. Your data stays saved in case you want to come back.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption and secure token-based authentication; payments go through the connected provider. Your data and your students' data stay protected.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes, fully compliant with LGPD. You can request deletion your account and all personal data directly through the app or through our deletion page. Deletion is permanent and includes workout data, messages, payments, and any personal information stored.
Can I use it for online coaching?
Absolutely! Trainer Connect works 100% online. You build custom workout plans, chat in real time, process payments through your connected Asaas account, and track your students' progress — all without needing in-person sessions.
