Weight, height, body fat percentage, measurements, and the date of the last assessment. The AI adjusts volume and intensity to the student's real starting point, not to an average student.
Injuries, pain, surgeries, and limitations logged in the intake form become generation restrictions: the AI avoids the movement pattern that causes pain and picks alternatives instead.

ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude have free versions and are handy for researching a topic, rewriting a message, or answering a quick question. The problem starts when it's time for real work: the tool doesn't know your student. Every use begins with copying the assessment, injuries, and history out of your system, and ends with text you still have to retype into a workout plan, hunt down a video for each exercise, and double-check that the exercise even exists.
There's also the legal side. Health data is sensitive personal data under data privacy law (LGPD, art. 5, II), and handling it requires a legal basis and a careful look at the provider. Pasting a student's intake form into a general-purpose tool, on a personal account, with no idea where that data ends up, is the kind of thing nobody wants to explain later.
An AI built right into the trainer's app is designed to solve exactly this: it works from the assessment you've already done, the intake form the student already filled out, and the history the app already stores. It receives only what's needed, at the moment of generation, and hands back the workout in the app's own format, with video, ready to review and send. That's the difference between an AI that helps and one that creates extra work.
And what it doesn't do: it doesn't replace the physical assessment, doesn't sign off on the prescription, and doesn't send anything to the student on its own. Generation ends in a preview. It only becomes the student's workout plan when you tap “Use this workout,” and even then it goes through the editor before being saved. Closing the preview discards everything.
Exercise, order, sets, reps, load, rest, and technique are all standard fields in the editor. Any exercise the AI couldn't match to the library gets flagged for you to pick manually.
The AI receives a summary of the student (age, sex, goal, measurements from the latest assessment, restrictions, and the names of recent exercises) at generation time, through Anthropic's API, which does not use API customer data to train models. Every generation is logged in your account for auditing.
The AI doesn't assess the student in person, doesn't know what wasn't recorded, and doesn't replace the CREF certification. Reading the health history, deciding on a restriction, and the final prescription are the trainer's job.
